Return Eligibility & Process
  • 14-Day Return Window: For all eligible purchases, you have 14 days from the date of your invoice to initiate a return, unless you have a separate greement with Tri-Global Technologies, LLC. Some exclusions may apply.
    • Tri-Global Technologies, LLC. may offer a promotion that extends the return period for a specific product. If you buy a product from ri-Global Technologies, LLC. that qualifies for such a promotion, your return rights and obligations may be different.
  • Credit Return Authorization (CRA) Number: All approved returns will receive a Credit Return Authorization (CRA) number from Tri-Global Technologies, LLC.
  • Unauthorized Returns: Products returned without a CRA number will be considered unauthorized. You will not receive a refund or credit, and ri-Global aaTechnologies, LLC. will not ship the product back to you.
  • Refunds or Credits: For approved returns, Tri-Global Technologies will issue a refund or credit for the actual price you paid. Your refund or credit may be reduced by the cost of shipping and handling fees, any applicable restocking fees, or both.
  • Product Condition: Returned products must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition, along with all media, documentation, and other items included in your original shipment.
  • Return Shipping: Ship your return within 30 days of receiving your CRA number. Failure to do so may result in a reduced or eliminated refund or credit. All product returns must have the CRA number boldly marked on the outside of each box, be properly packaged to avoid damage during shipment, and be shipped prepaid (recipient-paid shipments and COD returns are not accepted) to:

  • Promotional & Bundle Purchases: Special conditions apply to products purchased in a bundle or during a promotion.
  • Third-Party Purchases: For all purchases not made directly from Tri-Global Technologies, LLC., please check the return policy of your original place of purchase.
  • Country of Purchase: All returns must be made in the same country where the purchase occurred.
Exclusions

The following items generally cannot be returned:

  • Software: Software cannot be returned at any time, unless:
    • It’s an operating system or application that Tri-Global Technologies, LLC. installed on a returnable product, and you are returning that product within its return period.
    • It’s software on physical media (DVD, CD) that remains unopened and in its sealed package.
    • It’s electronically delivered software for which you have not accepted the license agreement or other applicable terms.
  • Right to Deny Returns: Tri-Global Technologies, LLC. reserves the right to deny any returns in cases of repeated returns, violation of our Terms of Sale, or other impermissible activity.
Re-stocking Fees
  • No Restocking Fee: Tri-Global Technologies, LLC. will provide free return shipping labels and will not charge a restocking fee if:
    • The product you are returning is defective
    • You are returning a product due to an error made by Tri-Global Technologies, LLC.
  • 15% Restocking Fee: For all other permitted returns, Tri-Global Technologies, LLC. may charge a restocking fee of 15% of the actual price you paid for the product (this excludes shipping, handling, and sales tax). This fee is typically deducted from your refund or credit amount.
After You Receive a CRA Number

To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these steps:

  • Data Backup & Deletion: Back up and then delete any data you might have stored on your product.
  • Remove Personal Information: Remove all confidential, proprietary, and personal information.
  • Remove External Media: Remove any media such as flash drives, CDs, PC cards, cables, or port devices that were not originally included with the product you are returning.
  • Timely Shipment: Ship all products for which you receive a CRA number to Tri-Global Technologies within 30 days of the authorization date.
  • Original Packaging: Return all products, along with all media, documentation, and other items originally included by Tri-Global Technologies, LLC. in their original packaging.
  • Disclaimer: Tri-Global Technologies, LLC. is not responsible for any confidential, proprietary, or personal information you leave on a returned product. We are also not responsible for lost or corrupted data, or for any damaged or lost removable media or devices you might include with your return.
