The Jobs screen and Actions Menu are the heart of Orbitas RMS and contains all the functionality needed to further manage your data.
The main Job Screen displays all the jobs ( created and assigned ) to the logged in user's account.

The ACTIONS MENU is centralized to the specific job that is selected.
Must select a job first to activate the ACTIONS MENU.
To view certain aspects of a collected job select the JOB from the main list and click on the ACTIONS tab, then choose DETAILS.
The following details are displayed:
Unique GUID (Job ID)
This is mainly used for troubleshooting
Title
Current Status
Uploaded date
Collected By (User)
File size (Bytes)
Click CLOSE to return to the JOB list.
Click on the check box next to the job and select ASSIGN from the ACTIONS menu.
Select the user you would like to assign the job to and click ASSIGN.
The job is now available for download in Orbitas Field for that user.
If a Job has been assigned to the incorrect User you can revoke it by selecting the job and choosing REVOKE from the ACTIONS button.
This is also useful is a User already has a Job assigned to them and a new job needs to be assigned.
Select the Job you wish to archive and click on the ACTIONS button.
Select ARCHIVE.
To view any archived jobs select ARCHIVE from the JOBS tab on the left hand side
To restore a job that has been archived select ARCHIVE from the JOBS tab on the left.
Choose your job, click on the ACTIONS tab and select RESTORE.
Your restored job will now be in the main job list. The status is set to LOCKED.
You can now export the file or dispatch it to a user to unlock.
To export any available job within your Orbitas subscription simply select the job and click on the ACTIONS button.
Select EXPORT.
Choose your Export file type
Select your desired Coordinate System
If you are utilizing a custom export file please ensure you select the correct Coordinate System.
Fill out any additional fields.
*You will not be able to export the file until all Required fields are completed
Click EXPORT.
After clicking EXPORT, your file will be sent into the download queue.
Click on the QUEUE button to open up your queue.
Click on the DOWNLOAD button to download your file to a specified location on your computer.
(Downloads is default folder, unless preselected by user)
Your download is treated by most browsers as a popup. Please read the Resolving Export Issues if you experience any issues.
To DOWNLOAD a job select the desired job and click on the ACTIONS button. Then select DOWNLOAD.
The Job data will be downloaded as a .db file(database file) and saved to your default Downloads folder on your computer.
The .db file is considered at "popup" by most browsers. Please read the Resolving Export Issues if you are having issues with your .db download.
