The Jobs screen and Actions Menu are the heart of Orbitas RMS and contains all the functionality needed to further manage your data.
The main Job Screen displays all the jobs ( created and assigned ) to the logged in user's account.

The ACTIONS MENU is centralized to the specific job that is selected.
Must select a job first to activate the ACTIONS MENU.
Orbitas Field jobs that have been uploaded to Orbitas RMS are given a "STATUS". The status that each file is given will determine what can be done with that file.
Each STATUS is defined as the following...
AVAILABLE: A newly uploaded job file that is ready for export or to be dispatched to the original or another user. Only the original user (uploader)
ACTIVE: A job file that is currently dispatched to a specific user. This file can only be overwritten by the same user.
LOCKED: A job file that has been dispatched to a specific user, then revoked from that user. This file remains locked so it can not be overwritten. To unlock this job it must be dispatched again either to the same user or a new user.
PROCESSING: This is rare state that a job file can be in. This file is currently being processed by Orbitas RMS. If a file is in the PROCESSING state for longer than 30 minutes, please consult Tri-Global.
ARCHIVED: This is a special status given to any job file that was uploaded to Orbitas RMS and has been ARCHIVED by the original user or the Subscription Admin. This job file will be found in the Archived folder under the Jobs tab. Once restored the file is given a LOCKED status. Dispatch the job file to a user to unlock.
LEGACY ARCHIVED: This job file status is similar to the Archived status except that this job originally came from the DataOrbit server and has been transferred to Orbitas RMS.
To view certain aspects of a collected job select the JOB from the main list and click on the ACTIONS tab, then choose DETAILS.
The following details are displayed:

This is mainly used for troubleshooting
Title
Current Status
Uploaded date
Collected By (User)
File size (Bytes)
Click CLOSE to return to the JOB list.
To DOWNLOAD a job select the desired job and click on the ACTIONS button. Then select DOWNLOAD.
The Job data will be downloaded as a .db file(database file) and saved to your default Downloads folder on your computer.
The .db file is considered at "popup" by most browsers. Please read the Resolving Export Issues if you are having issues with your .db download.
To export any available job within your Orbitas subscription simply select the job and click on the ACTIONS button.
Select EXPORT.
Choose your Export file type
Select your desired Coordinate System
If you are utilizing a custom export file please ensure you select the correct Coordinate System.
Fill out any additional fields.
*You will not be able to export the file until all Required fields are completed
Click EXPORT.
After clicking EXPORT, your file will be sent into the download queue.
Click on the QUEUE button to open up your queue.
Click on the DOWNLOAD button to download your file to a specified location on your computer.
(Downloads is default folder, unless preselected by user)
Your download is treated by most browsers as a popup. Please read the Resolving Export Issues if you experience any issues.
You can send any AVAILABLE job to the iOS device running Orbitas Field associated with your subscription.
Select your job, then click on the ACTIONS MENU and select " Send to Device"
This action is irreversible. Please ensure you are finished with the job you are trying to Archive.
Select the Job you wish to archive and click on the ACTIONS button.
Select ARCHIVE.
