Managing your Orbits RMS license

If you dont know your Login ( same as Orbitas Field ) Please contact your subscription manager, or Tri-Global Support for assistance. 

If you forgot your password or need to reset, follow the guide below.

Lost Password

simply click on the FORGOT PASSWORD button on the login section. 

Enter your email. Again if you are unsure of your login please contact your subscription manager, or Tri-Global Support for assistance.

Follow the prompts within the email to reset your password.

*If you are having trouble with the reset link in the email, there is a link you can copy and paste into a browser to have the Orbitas RMS automatically reset your password and email your new credentials. 

After this automatic process it is advised to manually change your password using the steps in the next section.

Changing a Password

Changing your password will also effect your Orbitas Field login next time you utilize the app to upload or download a configuration or job.

If you need to change your password select your account name in the top right corner of the screen to open the Account Menu.

Select CHANGE PASSWORD

Enter current password
Choose a new password
Confirm the new password

Click on the CONFIRM button

*Remember the PASSWORD field is CaSe SeNSItiVe
