Resolving Login Issues

Several functions within Orbitas Field do require internet connectivity either through Wi-Fi connection or a data plan.
With some features such as Uploading Jobs, Tri-Global recommends using a Wi-Fi connection over a data plan. 

Orbitas Field (iOS) Login

If you are unable to sign in or upload jobs please check your internet connection first.

It is possible to be connected to a wi-fi network, but not have access to the internet.

Poor or intermittent connection can cause upload failures as well.

Please note Orbitas Field requires internet connectivity for the following tasks:

Login / Download Configuration, Downloading Job(s)

Calculations Features Including Span Off, Get Angle, and Bi-Sect

Uploading Jobs

Google Maps satellite imagery (background layer option )

If you dont know your Login ( same as Orbitas Field) Please contact your subscription manager, or Tri-Global Support for assistance. 

If you forgot your password, simply click on the FORGOT PASSWORD button on the login section. 

Enter your email

Follow the prompts within the email to reset your password.
